Returns and exchanges
- We offer exchanges (not refunds) within 7 days of delivery.
- You can ask for an exchange if the item is the wrong size or fit, arrived damaged, or has a power issue, or for another reason our team agrees to.
- Bring the item to our Arumbakkam store in Chennai, or contact us to arrange a pickup.
- Exchanges are free.
- Once we receive and check the item, we send a replacement (you pay only any price difference) or give you store credit.
